Mayor of New York City Bill de Blasio and wife Chirlane McClay held a reception to celebrate the Asian Heritage Month on May 10, 2017 in mayor's official house-Grace Mansion. The International Hua-Yan Buddhist Federation is invited to join the event as one of the Religious leaders. Chairman Mr. Nanren Shi attended attended the ceremony.
